Damages and issues
Because each item from The TMM Brand is handmade with care, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. 

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of deliver with photos, and we will gladly replace it. 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur and are part what makes each piece unique.
